At Template.net, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and services. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are only permitted under limited circumstances.
Refund Eligibility & Timeframe
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase or renewal date.
- After 7 days, Template.net will not process any refunds, regardless of template downloads or Free AI credit usage.
- Refunds for past payments are not possible. Users are responsible for managing their subscription within the 7-day refund window if they wish to request a refund.
Refund Conditions

Full Refund
A full refund will be granted if:
- No PRO templates have been downloaded, edited, accessed, or utilized.
- Free AI credits have not been fully used.

Partial Refund
A partial refund will be granted if:
- The refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase or renewal date.
- 1 PRO template download has been made. If more than 1 template has been downloaded, the refund request will not be eligible.
- The user will be charged for 1 month, and the remaining 11 months will be refunded (for annual subscribers).

No Refund
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
- The 7-day refund period has passed, regardless of template downloads or Free AI credit usage.
- A PRO template has been downloaded, even if it was unintentional.
- Free AI credits have been fully used.
- The refund request is based on a change of mind or user preference.
- The issue is caused by third-party software compatibility, network, firewall, or browser problems.
- The template contains incorrect or inaccurate content. In this case, Customer Support will provide a corrected version, but a refund will not be issued.
System Tracking & Subscription Cancellation
- Template.net’s system tracks all downloads and Free AI credit usage to prevent unauthorized refund claims. If our system detects that a user has accessed, edited, or utilized any PRO template, they will not be eligible for a refund.
- If a user downloads a PRO template, they will not qualify for a refund, but they can request subscription cancellation to prevent future renewals.
Product Information & Buyer Responsibility
- All templates include product details, mock-ups, and descriptions on their respective pages. Users should carefully review these details before purchasing.
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on overlooked product details. Instead, users may request a replacement template of equal value or a custom item.
Auto-Renewal & Subscription Cancellations
- Subscribers receive an email notification before their subscription auto-renews.
- Users can cancel anytime via their Dashboard or by contacting Customer Support.
- Refunds for auto-renewed subscriptions will not be granted beyond the 7-day refund request period.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases beyond the user's control, such as:
- Accidents
- Natural disasters
- Unforeseen emergencies
